From headquarters standardization to a 3-country rollout —
from there, the client expanded it themselves.
We built the Global Template together and transferred self-expansion capability through Knowledge Transfer, completing a Global Single Instance.
Customer
Background
Ahead of its IPO and IFRS compliance, the company needed a system where headquarters and overseas subsidiaries operated on the same standards.
The existing accounting system was finance-function-centric and disconnected from inventory and logistics data, leaving inventory close (D+7), period-end close (D+15), and overseas-subsidiary consolidation dependent on manual work
Needed to manage COA, Dimensions, business partners, items, processes, and KPIs on the same standard across headquarters and overseas subsidiaries, to support the IPO and IFRS compliance
Needed a Global Template that established headquarters standards first, then could be repeatedly expanded to overseas affiliates by incorporating local requirements and Local Packs
Modules Implemented
We added consolidated closing and foreign currency revaluation to the company-wide modules, and built out a Global Template and country-specific Local Packs.

Results
Completed a Global Single Instance
We established a structure for expanding to overseas subsidiaries by applying only country-specific Local Packs and requirements onto the same Global Template.
Global Standardization on Headquarters Standards
We standardized COA, Dimensions, master data, business processes, and KPI/analytics reports on headquarters standards.
Transferred Self-Expansion Capability
For Japan, Hungary, and Turkey, we jointly ran CRP, training, Fit & Gap, and data validation with the business-side TFT. From there, the client rolled out to its remaining overseas affiliates on its own, through a Super User and Train-the-Trainer structure.
Integrated Global Management Information
We connected overseas subsidiary ledgers, consolidated financial statements, and Finance/SCM data, building the foundation for global management information.
