Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website (www.axi4cns.co.kr, hereinafter the "Site") operated by AXi4CNS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Site" means the website operated by the Company to provide information and receive inquiries from users.
  2. "User" means a person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms.
  3. "Service" means any and all services provided by the Company through the Site, including providing information about the Company, its solutions, and services, presenting case studies, and receiving consultation and diagnosis requests.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms when deemed necessary, to the extent it does not violate relevant laws, and the amended Terms take effect upon being announced on the Site.
  3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue using the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services.

  • Providing information about the Company and its solutions and services
  • Providing implementation case studies and reference information
  • Receiving and responding to consultation and diagnosis requests
  • Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the event of system inspection, maintenance, or replacement, failure of communication equipment, or other force majeure events.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages a user incurs due to a temporary suspension of the Service for the reasons set forth in Paragraph 1, unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts.

  • Stealing another person's information or registering false information
  • Modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, or publishing information posted on the Site without the Company's prior consent
  • Infringing on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
  • Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or any third party
  • Any act that interferes with the normal operation of the Site
  • Any other act that violates relevant laws

Article 7 (Copyright and Ownership of Content)

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in all content posted on the Site (text, images, diagrams, layout, etc.) belong to the Company.
  2. Without the Company's prior written consent, users shall not use the Site's content for commercial purposes, or allow a third party to do so, by means such as reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, or creation of derivative works.
  3. Third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site, such as Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio, are the property of their respective owners, and the Company displays them for the purpose of indicating its partner status and describing its products.
  4. Client names and logos displayed on the Site are the property of the respective clients and are displayed for the purpose of presenting case studies.

Article 8 (Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer)

  1. The Company strives to keep the information posted on the Site accurate and up to date, but product specifications, features, schedules, and similar details may change according to the manufacturer's policies.
  2. Information about Microsoft products posted on the Site is based on publicly available materials as of the time of writing, and the latest official documentation should be consulted when actually considering adoption.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any results arising from a user's use of information posted on the Site. Specific adoption decisions are made through separate consultation and contracting.
  4. The Company is not responsible for any information or damages a user obtains from third-party sites linked through the Site.

Article 9 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company complies with relevant laws to protect users' personal information. Detailed information on the processing of personal information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

  1. The Company and users shall make every effort necessary to amicably resolve any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service.
  2. If a dispute is not resolved despite the efforts described in Paragraph 1, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
  3. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to any litigation between the Company and a user.

Addendum

These Terms shall take effect on August 7, 2026.
