Can I see an actual implementation of Agentic AI ERP?
We built Korea's first Agentic AI ERP using Copilot Studio. You can review the background, scope, and actual results on the case study page.
Where should we start with Agentic AI ERP?
Not with a full-scale conversion, but with a single task. We recommend building one lookup-type agent as a 30-day pilot to confirm impact and per-case cost, then expanding into exception-handling agents.
We're not sure which of our processes should get an AI Agent.
We identify this together during diagnosis. Based on an Agent catalog organized by task — closing, receivables, purchasing, inventory, production, and more — we prioritize by weighing repetitiveness against decision difficulty.
What happens if the AI Agent makes a wrong call?
We separate judgment from execution. AI handles checking, analysis, and proposals, while a person approves the final decision. Agents are also given an ID, permissions, and an activity log just like a human account, so every action can be traced.
Can we start with automation or AI first, without changing our ERP?
That's one of the approaches we recommend. You can apply RPA, Power Apps, and AI Agents on top of your current system first to confirm the impact, then consider an ERP transition afterward.
How is the cost of adopting an AI Agent calculated?
It's based on the volume of work processed, not the number of seats. We recommend measuring per-case cost in a 30-day pilot first, then deciding the scale of rollout. We also factor in development and testing usage to set a spending cap.
Can AI give accurate answers using our company's data?
Answer quality is determined by the underlying data, not the model. That's why, before building an agent, we first diagnose the knowledge sources and the scope of data cleanup needed, and propose process improvements first if necessary.
Can our own staff expand the system after implementation?
That's exactly our goal. Through hands-on joint development and practical training, we make sure staff who can build on the system remain in-house, and we hand over standard components and a governance framework along with it.
We have overseas subsidiaries — can we run them all on one system?
We build using the Global Single Instance approach. We maintain a global template and separate country-specific requirements into Local Packs, having performed rollouts in 12 countries.
Our ERP was built by another vendor and has a lot of issues. Can we get just a diagnosis?
Yes. We offer a standalone diagnosis service that evaluates four key areas (Master Data · Process · Operating Skill · Customizing) through end-to-end testing to identify improvement tasks.
